Rewards are not redeemable with other GM sales discounts (i.e. GM Supplier, GM Employee) except for Active and Reserved Military, but may utilize the Service Rewards program.
Rewards are not redeemable with other advertised specials or coupons.
Rewards are not redeemable for Cash.
Rewards are not redeemable or transferable to any other dealership
Membership cards expire after 2 years.
Rewards are redeemable only on Customer Pay Service work done at Shamaley Buick GMC, El Paso, TX. Insurance work excluded.
Dealership reserves the right to change the earnings percent or discontinue the Preferred Owner Program without prior notice.
Reward points may not be combined with other POP accounts.
Service Rewards are earned on customer pay service. Factory or extended warranty repairs, insurance claims, or deductible charges are not eligible to earn rewards.
Preferred Owner Rewards can be earned or redeemed on any vehicle in your household.
Any items purchased with Reward Dollars cannot be returned for cash. All returned items’ values will be reapplied to the preferred card. Returns are subject to Shamaley Buick GMC’s return policy at the time of purchase.
$250.00 maximum rewards redemption per transaction
Rewards cannot be redeemed on the first day of enrollment in the program.
The Preferred Owner Program is open to all retail customers and employees of Shamaley Buick GMC who are over the age of 18.
Fleet and wholesale customers are not eligible to participate in the Program.
Participation in the Program constitutes each Preferred Owner’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
